Love is a word that is heavily used. It strings together the lyrics of songs and unites conflicting words in poems. Over the years, this word has miraculously retained its power, never losing its significance. But love goes beyond its frequent use—it’s a force that shapes our lives.

Inspired by the eternally powerful words of 1 Corinthians 14:4-8 from the Bible, I created these illustrations. Rather than focusing on what love isn’t, this project highlights what love is. Through these visuals, I aim to explore the depth and beauty of love in its purest form.

.

Hands play a vital role in expressing love, so I let them do the talking in these illustrations. Through gestures and actions, they demonstrate what love is—selfless, enduring, and transformative.

As the unwavering thread that binds our world together, it never falters. Its enduring flame continues to burn eternally, a testament to love’s constant, unyielding force.
