There’s no GOAT

The internet is obsessed with GOAT.
The debate never gets settled.

The problem is we love to debate. And we want to lift others to a lofty status above others.

But it’s wrong to compare one person to another. Circumstances vary. And not all achievements can be quantified.

For instance, a football player needs to count on the diligence of 10 teammates, the genius of a coach and a technical bench to succeed. It’s unfair to elevate that one player above others when the team triumphs.

Let’s celebrate people no matter how small their contributions are.
