Running can be a challenging task sometimes, especially on those cold mornings. But you wouldn’t mind the weather or how you feel if you love running. We are all runners in a race, a race to attain a certain goal. It’s not easy for any of us, irrespective of the goal. But one thing that makes it bearable is if we love the process.
